A picture paints a thousand words.. and this is exactly why people do not understand what they see.

Ok, for $6, it was certainly worth the time going down to Funan IT mall to get a 45 mins haircut, with a double wash and a little wax on the head. I had a friendly girl attending to my head.. who spent half the time scaling my hair from a bushy mess to a acceptable style to my liking. The only catch is this.. she's a trainee.
While some may phantom the thought of risking to cut his hair with a student, I was weighing the cost factor against the bad hairday factor on a balancing beam. I had an initial impression that my haircut would cost $9, but who knew how cheap it turned out to be. So i decided to put my trust in the student, and hope for the best.
I guess the only problem was that both the student and the teacher had no idea what a Faux Hawk looks like. I wouldn't have if Eil didnt explain what it was either. But it shouldnt be an excuse for hairstylists, left alone professional ones, not to be able to figure out what a fauxhawk was. The culture of such haircut started to bloom only after many ads of David Beckham looking good in it. Perhaps thats the reason why she didnt do a very good job on my head.
Well, seeing is believing. So here are some pictures of fauxhawks.. enjoy~!
